Our General Pricing- We offer straight forward and competitive pricing. You don't have to count your windows or describe to us what kind they are. You also don't have to call or email or have someone come out. Just look at the table below and you'll get a pretty good idea of the price range your looking at. If you have special circumstances like you house is made of glass or you only have 2 windows on your 2nd story, call us for for more information.
1 Story
Outside- $0.03/ sq. foot
Inside/Outside- $0.035/ sq foot
2 Story
Outside- $0.04/ sq. foot
Outside/Inside- $0.045/ sq. foot
*Sun screen cleaning will be an $2/ Screen. Windows that are divided into small sections(i.e. french windows) may recieve an additional charge.
*$50 minimum charge.

Gutter Cleaning

20 Day Rain Service Guarantee
If it rains within 48 hours of washing your windows, we'll come out and redo your outside windows absolutely free. You don't even need to call. If it rains 20 days of washing your windows, we'll redo them for an additional $20.
